Refunds & Exchanges

Before heading to our contact page and lodging an exchange or return, please carefully read the following information:

A return or exchange must be made within 30 days of the date of your order to be eligible.

The customer will be responsible for returning the goods to our address. If there is any damage to the product(s), our team will inspect them upon arrival before approving or rejecting the exchange/return request.

The item(s) will be returned to the customer (free of charge) in the event of a denial.

-If approved, we will arrange the refund or exchange. If the customer exchanges a product, the postage back to them is free.


Lost Packages

We cannot assume liability for misplaced parcels, whether they are en route to the buyer or being returned to our headquarters for an exchange or refund. Nevertheless, we are committed to assisting you in locating your parcel to the best of our ability. To mitigate the chances of a parcel going astray, we urge customers to ensure the accuracy of their address information during the checkout process. In the event of a lost parcel, it is the buyer's responsibility to initiate an inquiry with the appropriate courier service to determine its location.
